We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated account offering frequent home time, consistent freight, and strong earning potential. This position involves store deliveries with live unloads and is ideal for drivers who are comfortable staying active on the job.

Position Details

• Home Time: 34 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
• Freight: 100% touch freight live unload at store locations
• Running Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV (within ~700 miles of Front Royal, VA)
• Miles: Average 1,500 miles per week
• Stops: 16 stops per trailer
• Schedule: Includes nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Minimum 3 loads per week required
• Workdays vary based on delivery routing and home time scheduling

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,300+
• Top Performers: Up to $2,000/week

Additional Pay:

• $250 per full trailer unload
• $125 weekly bonus for completing 3+ loads
• $35 backhaul pay

Mileage Pay (Experience-Based):

• $0.60 CPM (0 months)
• $0.61 CPM (12 months)
• $0.63 CPM (24 months)
• $0.65 CPM (36 months)
• $0.70 CPM (48 months)
• $0.71 CPM (60 months)
• $0.72 CPM (84 months)
• $0.73 CPM (120+ months)

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 3 months class A tractor trailer experience required
• Must meet DOT hiring requirements
• Must be able to perform physical unloading duties
• Must be able to work assigned schedule including nights/weekends
