  Fully licensed mental health therapist at the Master’s level or above

\n
• \n

  Accepted licenses include: LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD (state-dependent)

  Active NPI number

  Malpractice insurance
