ACCOUNT MANAGER, PARTNERSHIP MARKETING

CLASSIFICATION Year-round; Full-time FLSA Exempt REPORTS TO Director, Partnership Marketing LOCATION USANA Center of Excellence, Park City UT (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week)

TRAVEL 25%

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE

The Account Manager is responsible for owning the day-to-day relationships with an assigned portfolio of commercial partners. This includes the planning and fulfillment of partner benefits such as brand integration, marketing campaigns, broadcast media, experiential displays, hospitality, licensing, recap reporting, among other areas. This position is a key contributor to the team with 100% focus on the growth and retention of U.S. Ski & Snowboard partnerships. The Account Manager is expected to work cross-functionally and support the day-to-day operations of the department under the direction of the Director of Partnership Marketing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management Lead day-to-day communications with an assigned portfolio of accounts to deliver high-impact activations and maximize value. Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and develop long-term partnerships. Be the subject matter expert on partner objectives, establishing deep category and industry knowledge. Oversee annual planning efforts by collaborating with key stakeholders to define season objectives, strategic initiatives, and activation calendar. Develop and execute campaigns specific to defined partner benefits and objectives across various U.S. Ski & Snowboard marketing and media channels, including but not limited to, on-site activation, social media, broadcast, digital, email, influencer networks, etc. Manage partner on-site activations, hospitality, and marketing programs at U.S. Ski & Snowboard events.
