About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our manufacturing team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will inspect, pack, and prepare finished plastic bottles for shipment in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality standards are met. This position offers a consistent full-time schedule and provides valuable manufacturing experience within a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic bottles for defects or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pack finished products into boxes following company packing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures applicable to manufacturing operations.
• Meet production and quality goals in a high-volume environment.
• Assist with labeling, stacking, and preparing shipments for dispatch as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection and packing accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or packing experience is a plus but not required.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Warehouse casual dress code; clothing should go all the way to the shoes with no rips or frays, and no capris.
