Automotive Mobile Technician

Overview Brooklyn CDJR is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who enjoys working independently, delivering high‑quality service, and providing exceptional customer experiences outside of the traditional shop environment. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $25/hour Earn up to $40/hour after completing provided training Sign‑on bonus: Up to $5,000 for Certified Stellantis Technicians Opportunities for growth and advancement Company‑provided training and support Key Responsibilities Perform mobile automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations Complete services efficiently while maintaining dealership‑quality standards Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle needs and recommendations Maintain and manage mobile service vehicle, tools, and equipment Accurately document services performed and parts used Follow all safety procedures and company protocols Requirements Previous automotive technician experience required Stellantis certification strongly preferred (bonus eligible) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills Willingness to travel, including occasional multi‑day trips Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile service or field service work Strong customer service and communication skills ASE certifications are a plus Why Join Brooklyn CDJR?
