Baystate Dental of Holyoke is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Holyoke, Massachusetts to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental of Holyoke, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Status: Hourly/Salaried

Schedule: Monday 8a-6p, Tuesday 8a-5p Wednesday OFF, Thursday 8a-5p Friday 8a-3p

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive salary range: $48.00-$52.00/hour (based on experience and tenure) + yearly merit review increase potential
• Start with a guaranteed base rate of $46-$48/hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn 33% of your net production when it exceeds your guaranteed hourly compensation — with the difference paid as a production true-up. Simply put: You earn whichever is higher — your guaranteed hourly pay or 33% of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
