Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher

- Coordinate transportation of export cargo for company clients
- Post and manage loads on load boards
- Communicate daily with trucking companies and carriers
- Negotiate rates and confirm load details with carriers
- Understand cargo measurements (weight, dimensions, pallets, containers)
- Provide clear pickup and delivery instructions to drivers
- Track pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance
- Manage and update shipment data in the company’s internal platform
- Ensure all information related to pick orders, transportation, and deliveries is accurate and complete
- Resolve issues related to delays, changes, or delivery problems
- Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or freight brokerage
- Knowledge of load boards -
- Understanding of cargo measurements and transportation requirements
- Ability to negotiate rates with trucking companies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working with online platforms and transportation systems
