Café & Bistro Manager

Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced café and bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for a hospitality-driven Café & Bistro Manager to lead daytime service and front-of-house operations at Bellecour North Loop. This role is ideal for a service-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced café environment, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in creating warm, polished guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the front-of-house café team during daytime operations
• Ensure smooth, organized, and hospitality-focused service
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as the primary floor leader during café service
• Support scheduling, inventory, opening/closing procedures, and daily reporting
• Maintain café presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and leadership teams on service flow and guest experience
• Support evening dinner service and management coverage as business needs require

What We’re Looking For

• Prior hospitality management or supervisory experience
• Strong café or bakery experience preferred
• Barista experience is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style
• Weekend and daytime availability required
• Occasional evening availability required

• Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
