Location

Plano, Texas – This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll collaborate closely with our litigation team. Occasional flexibility may be available when needed, but this is primarily an on-site opportunity.

Note

To be considered, you must be licensed to practice law in Texas and have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience. We welcome experienced litigators from law firms, in-house legal departments, or solo practices who have a strong plaintiff personal injury background.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients while providing strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance litigation environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license.
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
• Experience handling cases independently.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously.
• Professional judgment and commitment to outstanding client service.
