• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission; 1st time travelers accepted with minimum 3 years experience 2. Cases: Decontamination of all items (Drills, DaVinci, scopes); Assembly of all instruments across all service lines including Trauma and loaners; Sterilization (Sterrad and steam); HLD/Scope experience; Sterile Storage; OR Liaison experience 3. Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT required; CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, IAHCSMM or CBSPD listed; must be current 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7.
