Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, provide gait and balance training, and document patient progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, and help optimize functional outcomes.
