Pay Rate: $20-$21/hr
Type: 6 Month Contract (Potential to extend or convert)
Job Duties
- Weigh and dispense raw materials for manufacturing operations
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately
- Operate pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Use computer systems to manage inventory and electronic batch records
- Monitor material availability to support uninterrupted production
- Report quality, safety, or process concerns to Production Leadership
- Participate in daily team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support production goals while maintaining a Right First Time mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
- HS Diploma/GED
