- Performing review audits of applications for licensure processed by staff, to ensure accuracy and completion of information, consistency with the established agency licensing procedures, receipt of fee payments, recording of information into the licensing databases, and process completion by each employee.
- Augmenting licensing staff functions by processing applications received in the office, both by performing specific actions within the processing procedures and by processing the applications through to final status of approval or disapproval.
