Operations & Fulfillment Associate - $25-28 per hour
Location: Norwood, MA
About the Role Are you someone who loves keeping things organized and running smoothly? Do you enjoy a mix of hands-on tasks and digital project work?
We are looking for a dependable Operations & Fulfillment Associate to join a professional team in a Norwood-based office. This isn’t a high-stress, fast-paced warehouse job—it’s a balanced role in a professional Class A office setting where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own day. We’re looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, enjoys checking things off their to-do list, and is comfortable using technology to keep our operations on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Orders: You’ll handle the end-to-end process of packaging, labeling, and shipping products with accuracy.
Keeping Track: You’ll use Google Sheets and Drive to keep inventory and shipping records organized and up to date.
Workspace Upkeep: You’ll keep your area tidy and ensure all necessary materials are stocked and ready for use.
Being a Go-To Person: You’ll help out with customer inquiries (via phone/email) and keep lines of communication open with the rest of the team.
Getting Things Done: You’ll follow established processes to make sure everything is done right the first time.
