Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Cabarrus Operating Room in Concord, NC. Full‑time, 40 hours per week, day shift with call. Sign‑on bonus eligible. Previous CVOR experience strongly recommended. Pay range $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred; CVOR experience strongly recommended.
