Requirements:
2+ years or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required 
Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
Geriatric patient experience - Required
NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED
CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED 
Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
BSN - Preferred
Traveler must have their own vehicle
BLS
VA state or compact state RN license required
