Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS

Must-Have: Candidates must have 2 years of RN experience. Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Description: This unit features 4 procedure rooms dedicated to endoscopy. There are approximately 25 staff members in the department. The staff primarily consists of RNs, along with scrub techs and scope room techs. During weekdays, the unit sees approximately 20-30 patients. All RNs are trained to admit patients, circulate and scrub in procedural cases, and recover and discharge patients. Top candidates will be multi-taskers, quick learners, and comfortable in frequently changing situations. They should also be team-oriented. Preferred candidates may have PACU or ICU experience, but this is not required. Typical procedures include EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy. Weekday and weekend on-call duties are required for all staff. Dress code consists of hospital-issued scrubs following surgical attire policies. Visible piercings are not permitted.
