Senior Industrial Electrician - International (CEDARBURG)

Quad is hiring a high-level Industrial Electrician / Controls Specialist to support and modernize our web offset press and bindery platforms across North America and Latin America. This is a hands-on, expert role for someone who can troubleshoot at depth, execute control retrofits, and keep complex production environments running at peak uptime.

What Youll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair printing press & bindery control systems
Lead retrofits and modernization projects (especially legacy DC drives)
Provide remote diagnostics and real-time support to multiple plants
Drive uptime, reliability, and performance improvements
Support installs, startups, and continuous improvement initiatives
Travel to Quad sites across the U.S. and LATAM (30–40%)
What You Bring:
15–20 years industrial electrical experience in printing or similar continuous manufacturing
Strong background with legacy DC drive systems + modern controls
Proven ability to execute engineering-level retrofits
Experience with major OEM platforms: GOSS, manroland, Müller Martini, Cerutti, KBA, Contiweb, Megtec, Butler, QuadTech
Some Spanish proficiency highly desirable
Experience with remote troubleshooting tools/connectivity
Strong communication skills and ability to work across sites and teams
