Life as a Sales Manager:
As a Sales Manager with Superhost Hospitality at TownePlace Suites Owensboro, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Report to the Director of Sales and assist with developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
What to Expect in Your First Few Months:
In your initial phase, you will familiarize yourself with the hotel's sales objectives, market positioning, and client base. You'll actively contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans, working closely with your team to drive revenue growth.
