We are expanding into Pennsylvania and are seeking a Licensing & Compliance Specialist to lead the regulatory and compliance efforts for our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) operations.

 

 

What You’ll Do:

• Complete all licensing applications, renewals, and documentation required by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services

• Ensure full compliance with HCBS regulations , policies, and procedures

• Monitor and maintain documentation for staff training, clearances, insurances, and background checks in line with PA regulations

• Serve as the main point of contact for state audits, licensing inspections, and compliance reviews

• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure operational readiness and regulatory alignment

• Stay up-to-date on changing PA regulatory and licensing requirements and adjust internal processes accordingly

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania HCBS and licensing requirements

• Experience with DDD/ODP regulations a major plus

• Detail-oriented and highly organized — able to manage documentation, deadlines, and regulatory processes

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Experience with startup licensing or multistate compliance is a big plus
