- Warehouse Supervisor - Mead, CO* Full Time* ManufacturingAs a Warehouse Supervisor for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall warehouse operations to maximize productivity and reduce inefficiencies.Apply Now## Job Details```Responsibilities- Manage employees through training, coaching.- Collaborate with installers to meet installation requirements.- Collaborate with Order fulfillment/SVC team members on inventory items to meet scheduling requirements.- Provide daily reporting to leadership on job and inventory status.- Identify process bottlenecks and identify solutions in a timely manner.- Maintain a 5S clean, organized, and safe warehouse according to OSHA standards.- Direct workflow to satisfy production requirements efficiently with customer satisfaction being primary.- Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Supervise, organize and direct warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals.- Manage the receipt and unloading of trucks and reporting damage.- Maintain and schedule trash pick and disposal, including recyclables.- Implement and manage cycle count program ensuring inventory accuracy. Reconcile inventory counts.- Manage warehouse operational systems, for product handling, storage inventory management, shipping and receiving.- Review upcoming installation schedules and technical maps to ensure the department has visibility of what needs to be prepped.- Manage the audit process of all jobs/project for completeness for installation at least 5 days prior.- Review and prepare workforce and space requirements and action plans to ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.- Implement lean objectives in the daily operations and employee culture.Qualifications- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.- Ability to meet deadlines and excel in a warehouse environment.- Excellent communication skills including verbal, interpersonal and written.- Ability to use computer and microsoft applications.- Understand Lean concepts and how to execute.- Minimum 5 years Warehouse supervisory experience.- Knowledge of warehouse management principles including coordination of resources, shipping & receiving procedures, cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.- Knowledge of Inventory Management Software.Benefits- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Teammate Assistance Plan - Tuition Reimbursement - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Paid Time Off - Company Paid Holidays - Paid Volunteer Time - And more!
