Senior Engineering Lead, Datacenter Manufacturing

Senior Engineering Supervisor - Manufacturing Senior Engineering Supervisor will manage a staff of engineers and provide technical support in developing designs for customer applications, develop processes and give technical support to production, plant management, marketing, sales, and other departments. Complete projects and perform project organization, definition, planning, implementation, and control. Establish and prepare technical standards and complete technology design theory and procedures. Responsibilities Successfully define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness. Impact of decisions on business operations can have a moderate to high level of impact. May develop departmental budgets, business plans for functional area and may recommend/determine organizational structures. May evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures in own area of responsibility. Identify resource needs and may develop justification. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Qualifications S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years experience in engineering in a datacenter manufacturing environment. A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role for datacenters. Skilled with Creo and AutoCAD. Experience in power distribution. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and continual basis without company sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications SAP, Teamcenter, Compas. Knowledge in Lean manufacturing. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
