ELECTRONICS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR I
US Marine Corps
Job Title
Supervise the repair, removal, field changes, modifications, reinstallation, and checkout of systems and equipment assigned to Nuclear or Non-Nuclear Sections onboard submarines or surface crafts.
Assign tasks, tools, equipment and materials to workers.
Interpret plans and instructions for the work group.
Keep all work operations under close observation and control.
Resolve work problems and take action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages, and other delays, requesting special permission, decisions, or assistance from higher levels of authority.
Plan the sequence of tasks, layouts, work assignments and any special work methods to be utilized.
