Key Responsibilities Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment Support daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential Monitor food quality, portioning, and safety standards Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the kitchen Close and lead shifts effectively, setting a positive tone Qualifications & Requirements Previous restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred Enthusiastic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work evening and night shifts reliably Able to close Monday-Saturday Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain Strong team player with ability to manage performance and behavior issues Reliable transportation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting Why Join Chick-fil-A?
