Are you a self-starter who prefers the energy of the field over the confinement of an
office?

At Floral Image North America (FINA), we bring premium, life-like floral beauty to businesses
across the country. We are looking for an ambitious Field Sales Representative to take
ownership of their territory.

Note: This is a 100% field-based role. This position requires consistent travel within your
assigned territory to conduct in-person consultations, prospect for new business, and manage
client relationships. If you are looking for a remote, desk-bound position, this is not the right fit. If

The Opportunity
You will be the face of Floral Image in your territory. You’ll be responsible for expanding our
market presence, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring that our premium
arrangements are the standard in every office you visit.

Compensation & Growth

● Stability Meets Opportunity: A solid base salary of $50,000 to start.
● Performance-Based Pay: Our commission structure is designed to reward your drive.
Total compensation for high performers is expected to reach $70,000+.
