L2/L3 Production Support (Kubernetes/GCP)

On call support

Required Skills

Strong experience in Kubernetes, Cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS). GCP is preferred.

Ability to triage incidents (good debussing skills, Monitoring tools knowledge such as Splunk / Prometheus-Grafana / AppDynamics / Dynatrace etc ) / perform service restoration actions such as failover, restart / rebooting of apps etc

Minor enhancement, brake fix, writing automation scripts etc

Good understanding on Java/J2EE, Springboot, NodeJS, mySQL / DB2, Angular

GCP / Rancher / AWS experience / Python or Shell scripting knowledge (GCP is Preferred)

Experience in Java,Nodejs, Microservices, Rancher, Docker, Kubernetes and web APIs

Experience on Cloud Technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS). GCP is prefered.

Experience in databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, Mongodb)

Hands-on experience with implementing in-memory caching solutions. Experience on Redis DB is the plus

Hands-on experience with creating Jenkins CICD pipelines.

Experience in Implementing DevOps, GitOps, Grafana, Prometheus and APPDynamics

Ability to be flexible in a changing environment

Proactive communicator

Splunk (preferred)

Required Skills : Java Additional Skills : Software Developer
