Global Tax Director for International M&A (Dallas)

Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH seeks a Director for Global Transaction Tax (International Transaction Tax) to join its International Tax M&A practice. You will work with partners and teams in the United States and globally, delivering insights on US international tax matters and deal structures.
