Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant

Surgical Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Houston Texas / Sugar Land area We are a nationally recognized, growing cosmetic surgery company with locations across the country. We have an incredibly exciting position available and are currently hiring for a part‑time Surgical NP or PA in our Sugar Land practice with First Assist experience in the operating room . You must love the Operating Room and have the desire to treat patients through the full circle of their surgical journey. You should be skilled with your hands and eager to perform procedures, as this position will train you to become mini versions of our surgeons. Within your scope of license you will perform minor procedures independently, including: neurotoxins, fillers, lasers, excisional biopsies, moderate sedation, and more. We are looking for a First Assist who has experience scrubbing into cases, suturing (closing), and assisting. Circulating OR Nurse experience is also highly desired. Responsibilities include: Seeing patients pre‑ and post‑operatively Assisting in cosmetic and plastic surgery consultations Supporting compliance efforts related to AAAHC accreditation Collaborating with the clinical team to maintain patient safety and five‑star outcomes Additional expectations: Flexible scheduling with early (6:30 AM) start times on surgery days Willingness to travel and support surgical needs across practices Strong interest in both surgical and aesthetic medicine Our services include microsurgery, reconstructive surgery, free flaps, breast surgery, abdominal wall surgery, tummy tucks, keloid removal, and a wide variety of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures. Knowledge of Botox, Juvederm, Dermapen, skin tightening, body contouring, non‑surgical lip augmentation, non‑surgical cheek augmentation, non‑surgical face lift, liquid face lift, laser resurfacing, laser peel, laser removal of festoons (under‑eye/cheek bags), sclerotherapy, IPL photofacial, ViPeel, chemical peels, Oxygen Rx facial, and other esthetic services is strongly preferred.
