Job Title: Nurse Manager II Profession: Adult Services Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) - Critical Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 07:15 PM to 07:45 AM Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided Certifications: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Must-Have: - 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years - Graduate of an accredited nursing program - Registered Nurse License - Basic Life Support certification - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification Description: This role requires proficiency in managing critical care scenarios within a specialized nursing unit. The candidate should possess a valid Registered Nurse License in the relevant state. Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications are essential. A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred. Experience in a progressive or intermediate care unit is beneficial. The position demands strong leadership and clinical skills in an intensive care setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
