What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll focus on building relationships and generating new business opportunities while learning the fundamentals of professional B2B sales. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through cold calling and in-person visits
• Identify and qualify potential customers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
• Schedule appointments for Territory Sales Representatives
• Assist with customer presentations and sales meetings
• Track activities and opportunities using CRM software
• Achieve weekly prospecting goals and performance targets
• Develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory

What We're Looking For

• No prior B2B sales experience required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting face-to-face prospecting
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
