Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive success as you navigate the exciting world of insurance sales, helping clients protect what matters most while achieving personal growth and professional fulfillment.DutiesEngage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community events, networking, and direct outreach to expand our customer base.Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance sectors.Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet their individual needs.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional client communication and personalized service, fostering long-term loyalty.Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.Stay informed about insurance regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to clients.Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and client onboarding processes to streamline service delivery.RequirementsLicensed in Washington State for Property & CasualtyPrevious insurance or sales experience preferredStrong communicator with empathy and problem-solving abilitySelf-motivated, coachable, and resilient in a sales environmentComfortable learning new tools and excited about AI-driven growthProven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a passion for engaging customers actively.Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.Knowledge of various insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships through effective communication.Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is a plus.License/Certification:Property & Casualty License (Preferred)Work Location: Lynnwood, WA and Hybrid WFH options after satisfactory objectives and performances met.Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
