Chicagoland is a high-potential market—and Techo-Bloc already has a strong presence. We're looking for a driven sales professional to take ownership of the territory, strengthen contractor and dealer relationships, and accelerate growth across Naperville and the western suburbs.

This is not a start-from-scratch territory . You'll have an established market, strong brand recognition, and the support to make an immediate impact.

Job Description

What You'll Do

Own and execute a territory growth strategy
Build and grow relationships with contractors, dealers, and industry partners
Generate new business and expand existing accounts
Drive demand through our dealer network
Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and industry events
Use CRM and data to manage your pipeline and prioritize opportunities

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Proven B2B field sales experience; hardscape, landscaping, building materials, or dealer-network experience is an asset
Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue
Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable owning a territory
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM and sales technology
Valid driver's license and willingness to be in the field with customers
