WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE- LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND WILLINGNESS TO DRIVE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER VEHICLES

ABILITY TO SAFELY OPERATE A FORKLIFT

ABILITY TO LIFT AND CARRY UP TO 70LBS

EXPERIENCE LOADING AND UNLOADING SHIPMENTS

ABILITY TO ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN A CLEAN AND EFFICIENT WAREHOUSE

EXPERIENCE CHECKING IN ORDERS AND VERIFYING PARTS AGAINST PURCHASE ORDERS

COMFORTABLE PICKING UP AND DELIVERING PARTS FROM CUSTOMERS

COMFORTABLE PICKING UP AND DELIVERING PARTS FROM VENDORS

COMFORTABLE PICKING UP AND DELIVERING CUSTOMER VEHICLES WHEN REQUIRED

ABILITY TO INTERACT PROFESSIONALLY WITH CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS

STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY

BASIC COMPUTER OR INVENTORY SKILLS OR ABILITY TO LEARN

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREVIOUS WAREHOUSE, LOGISTICS, OR INVENTORY EXPERIENCE

FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH AUTOMOTIVE, MECHANICAL, OR PARTS BASED INVENTORY

FAMILIARITY WITH INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

STRONG TIME MANAGEMENT AND ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY

 

PHYSICAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

ABILITY TO STAND, WALK, BEND AND LIFT THROUGHOUT THE DAY

ABILITY TO WORK IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT (HEAT, COLD, NOISE)
