As a Behavioral Health Staff member, you’ll play a critical role in supporting individuals in their homes and communities while strengthening the quality and integrity of our services. This is a unique opportunity to blend direct client care, clinical assessment, and team support—making a meaningful impact every single day.

What You’ll Do

- Provide direct behavioral health services in homes, community settings, and via telehealth

- Build and manage your own caseload

- Complete functional behavior assessments (including dementia and TBI cases)

- Review and audit service documentation to ensure compliance and quality

- Coach and mentor field staff on documentation and best practices

- Support incident and complaint review processes

- Maintain organized and compliant tracking systems

- Collaborate with leadership to develop workflows and improve service delivery

- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and CORE program implementation

Work Environment

- Office, client homes, and community-based settings

- Light physical activity required (up to 20 lbs)

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting functional-based assessments

- Knowledge of HCBS/CORE programs and NYS OMH regulations

- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

- Ability to coach, mentor, and support team members

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Peer Certification (or willingness to obtain within 4 months of hire)
