We’re Hiring!

We are a family owned and operated residential landscaping company in business for over 25 years. We are expanding our team, and are looking for people who love working outdoors and take pride in seeing a job completed well.

We’re hiring for several positions which will work closely with the owners as our business grows. Pay and advancement opportunities are based on your skills and dedication, with long term earning potential beyond $25 hourly.

Experience is a must and needs to be backed up by references.

This is a seasonal role (April–December) with full-time hours in season. Option for seasonal unemployment during the off-season. Saturday availability is encouraged.

What you will do:

• Mow and edge lawns
• Control and remove weeds from garden beds and turf
• Mulch and maintain garden beds
• Trim and prune shrubs, bushes, and plants
• Perform seasonal services (leaf removal, spring/fall cleanups)
• Maintain and safely operate landscaping equipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
• Deliver excellent customer service on every job

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in residential lawn and landscape maintenance
• Comfortable using general power equipment including, but not limited to: zero turn mowers, stand on mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and hedge trimmers
• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
• Team player who can also work independently

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Driving a trailer
• Crew leader experience
• Knowledge of local plants and garden care
