What your shifts look like

1. Taking care of guests with our Steps of Service and making real recommendations because you know the food
2. Training new servers and helping the whole team level up
3. Stepping in when a guest issue needs a steady hand
4. Keeping an eye on service quality and giving your managers the real picture
5. Handling the POS, settlement, and opening and closing duties like a pro
6. Serving alcohol responsibly: checking IDs, watching consumption, and following the rules every time

This is a hands-on floor role. You lead by example, not by managing a team.

What you bring

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 2+ years of serving experience (preferred)
• ServSafe or TIPS certification (preferred, and required in some states)
• A knack for coaching people
• Energy for a busy, loud, fun venue with big crowds, families, and the occasional laser show
• Ability to stay on your feet for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends
