Healthcare Planner II

Overview Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Healthcare Planner II for its Austin, Texas office. This role involves acquiring, normalizing, analyzing, and maintaining multi‑sector data (patient/facility/physician). The incumbent will analyze, forecast, and present findings to support project requirements, apply healthcare planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational requirements (space and staff), and support the development of comprehensive healthcare planning documentation for regional service delivery, functional programming, and facility master planning. The role includes providing modeling and graphics support for healthcare facility and strategic planning activities. Some travel is required, at a minimum domestic travel to conduct in‑person interviews with clients; expected travel is less than ten percent of the time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Healthcare Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, with five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Healthcare Professional. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Healthcare Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, with one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as a Healthcare Professional.
