Performs light electrical, plumbing and general maintenance. Partners with other Hammersmith properties for on-call responsibilities. Manages the Preventative Maintenance plans for all of the Association Building Systems. Is the first point of contact for all vendors servicing the property. Works in cooperation with the General Manager in the day-to- day operations of the Homeowner's Association.Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:Light electricalPlumbing and general maintenancePool system and hot tub system maintenanceDirect staff in grounds keeping and cleaning of building interiorsInteraction with community membersOn Call responsibilitiesMeet with and direct contractorsObtain requests for proposalsOrder and maintain suppliesAttend monthly meeting as a part of the Management TeamUnderstand building components and how they work including boilers, HVAC, electrical, elevators, electronic equipment, fire alarms, security systems, lighting systems, entry systems, fire suppression systems.Oversee and supervise Maintenance Technicians, ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and community expectations.
