Business Development Manager - Agency Staffing

Overview Business Development Manager - Agency Staffing Note: This job posting includes base pay range, additional compensation, and role details as provided by the recruiter. Responsibilities Build recruiting and sales strategies to identify clients in the local market through tools such as databases, ATS, LinkedIn, and social media. Develop and execute a strategy for new business generation and key account growth. Collaborate with an experienced recruitment delivery team to ensure seamless service and follow-through. Attend in-person client meetings and networking events to strengthen market presence and relationships. Help shape the BD function in a fast-paced, start-up environment—ideal for someone energized by building from the ground up. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in agency staffing in a BD or 360 role. Strong preference for candidates with experience in tech/IT, Engineering, or A&F. Experience selling contract/temp staffing solutions (permanent placement is a plus). Proven track record of generating new business and hitting sales targets. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have a strong local market network and a track record of billings.
