Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) Appleton, WI. This 16-week contract opportunity involves working in the catheterization lab within a healthcare facility, providing vital patient care during cardiac and structural heart procedures. The shift is scheduled for 8-hour days with variable start times, and the role includes on-call responsibilities and float duties across the facility.

Job Details:

• Location: Appleton, WI
• Schedule: 8-hour variable days, with shift start times at 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM.
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours.
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Certifications and Education: WI Registered Nurse (RN) license, Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing, and American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab, including circulating in interventional radiology (IR), catheterization (Cath), and structural heart procedures. Scrub skills are mandatory.
• Special Procedures: Cath, electrophysiology (EP), IR, vascular procedures.
• Experience: At least one completed contract in a similar role.
• On-Call Requirements: Minimum of once per week, including weekends and holidays as needed, with a 30-minute response time.
• Additional Information: Float to all facility departments within skill set, including all ThedaCare facilities. The float rotation may be required. Missed shifts must be made up within two weeks.
• Travel Restrictions: No travelers from within 50 miles of the facility; previous travel experience required.
• Shift Notes: 8-hour variable days.
• Holidays & Weekends: As needed, due to call and holiday coverage.
