We are seeking to hire an experienced Asphalt and Concrete Foreman!

We are located at 9501 FM 1105, Jarrell, TX.

The Asphalt and Concrete Foreman leads a small team of 5-10 workers, ensuring daily on-site supervision and quality control of asphalt paving and concrete finishing projects. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role balances hands-on field oversight with necessary reporting duties and requires occasional travel between job sites to maintain consistent project standards and crew performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on asphalt and concrete projects
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout project execution
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting to Project Manager
• Oversee daily on-site operations and provide guidance to crew members
• Implement construction safety practices to maintain a safe work environment
• Manage occasional travel to multiple job sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques
• Concrete finishing expertise
• Strong crew leadership skills
• Familiarity with construction safety practices
• Experience in operating construction equipment
• Proficient in quality control processes
