Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Conduct inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a multi-craft environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
