Hiring Warehouse & Inventory Specialist - Direct Placement

Location: Broomfield, CO

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer of access control products, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join their team in Broomfield, CO. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys inventory control, shipping and receiving, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

As the company continues to expand, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by helping build efficient workflows, supporting production operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of warehouse processes and workflow improvements.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite and other inventory management systems.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule.
• Supply production teams with materials needed to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Organize and maintain warehouse stock to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other inventory control initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong background in inventory control and inventory management.
• Experience operating a pallet jack.
• Proficiency with inventory management software; NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment where processes are still being developed.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
