Parts Associate / Auto Parts Counter Person Legacy Kia of West Mifflin

Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is hiring a Parts Associate for our busy parts department. This is a full-time role with real upside we have a management opportunity available for the right person, and we promote from within whenever we can.

What you'll do:

• Assist technicians and service advisors in sourcing and purchasing the parts and supplies they need
• Answer incoming calls and fulfill orders for wholesale and retail customers
• Seek out and grow parts business, and help hit monthly sales and gross forecasts
• Use product knowledge and an understanding of vehicle components to take care of customers
• Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking, and shipping
• Help maintain perpetual inventory
• Keep the parts counter, work area, and stockroom clean and professional

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an auto parts sales role
• CDK experience preferred
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on a high level of customer service
• Able to work evenings and Saturdays
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Inventory control experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8- and 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday plus weekend rotation Work Location: In person, one location no remote
