Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure for speech-language pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility.
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations.
• Solid communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans supporting student IEP goals.
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation for compliance and reporting.
• Engage in school-based meetings and provide consultation as needed to staff and families.
