Job Description Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN South Hampton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center Are you an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON seeking a new career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional. As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN, you will be responsible for supporting and carrying out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will be responsible for the 24‑hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and company standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON), the Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN, assumes the responsibility for clinical operations. Do You Have What It Takes?
