Facility: Red Lake Dialysis Location: Red Lake, MN Address: Red Lake, MN, USA Shift: Varies Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $21.00 - $48.00 Pay Info: Sign on bonus available! $10,000 sign on bonus for eligible employees and an extra $2.50 an hour when in the unit. Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to dialysis patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of dialysis patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. This position offers opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with Dialysis Technicians and experienced Dialysis nurses, providing care to patients with end-stage renal disease. Qualifications For the RN: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and meets any multi-state licensure requirements. Holds required department-specific licensure, competencies and certifications. For the LPN: Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and holds an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board. Has required department-specific competencies and certifications. If the position requires IV therapy/management skills in North Dakota, has a Board-approved AASPN program with IV therapy in the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
