Location: Mesquite, TX.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday

A global leader in consumer and industrial pressure washers, is on the lookout for a dynamic Quality Manager to orchestrate quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives at our Mesquite, TX facility. What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, including ISO, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing QA team.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and create control plans, SOPs, and quality documentation.
• Skilled in handling nonconformance issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with production, engineering, vendors, and customers effectively.
• Experience managing supplier quality, quarantine areas, and field returns.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Six Sigma Master or Black-belt certification.
• Experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with calibration standards and field failure investigations.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Degree in a relevant field coupled with Quality Certifications or Data Analysis expertise.
• Prior experience in Quality Engineering and process improvement initiatives.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Mesquite, TX. No visa sponsorship available.
• Capability to lead multiple QA projects simultaneously and produce detailed reports for leadership.
• A proactive mindset with an eagerness to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
