Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Tech is responsible for performing computed tomography imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and efficient operation of imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct precise CT scans following physician orders and safety guidelines.
• Operate Siemens CT scanners and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic EMR system.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Adhere to licensing and certification requirements, including ARRT registration and Ohio state radiology licensure.
• Minimize call requirements by scheduling and managing workload efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Require ARRT certification in CT and valid state licensure in Ohio.
• Possess at least 1 year of experience with Siemens CT scanners.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR systems.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Ability to work a 36-hour weekly schedule including evening and overnight shifts.
• Capable of working every 6th day with every 3rd weekend rotation.
