As a Mental Health Functional Family Therapist, you'll to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families. In this role, you will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life's challenges, improve their well-being, and strengthen family relationships. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS to join our Functional Family Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Compensation

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

• Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494

Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience .

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with care teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)

Qualifications

• Candidates possessing a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth and families.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
